The transformative change enabled by litigation can only happen as a result of investing in local institutions and individuals.
2. Rapid Response support to emergencies
In defending and protecting rights we swiftly organize teams in seasons of crisis, particularly to handle cases of discriminatory bills, by laws, emergency restrictions, or unfair policies and rules to individuals whose rights are under threat.
3. Research and Documentation
Conduct legal research to inform the hub’s advocacy programs. We also document and report on human rights abuses related to reproductive health. Collaborate with academic institutions and researchers to advance knowledge in the field of social justice and litigation generally.
