Litigation
We strategically pursue litigation that establishes or demonstrates human rights protections at national and regional level.
Rapid Response Support to Emergencies
In defending and protecting rights we swiftly organize teams in seasons of crisis, particularly to handle cases of discriminatory bills, by-laws, emergency restrictions, or unfair policies and rules to individuals whose rights are under threat.
Partnerships and Collaborations
Build relationships with law firms, legal aid organizations, and human rights defenders to collaborate on cases and share resources.
Research and Documentation
We strategically pursue litigation that establishes or demonstrates human rights protections at national and regional level.
Advocacy
Advocate/champion for legislative reforms and policies to guarantee universal access to Justice.
Empower Communities through Education
Conduct/carry out public education and awareness campaigns that inform communities about their rights and encourage civic participation to safeguard those rights.

Capacity Enhancement
This includes training and mentoring in critical areas such as legal rapid response, case conceptualization, and strategic litigation.

In these regions, we collaborate with local organizations, legal networks, and human rights defenders to address pressing issues related to Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).

Policy Reform Advocacy
Engaging in policy advocacy and analysis of laws and regulations that ensure comprehensive access to legal services for all, particularly vulnerable and marginalized communities. Analyze existing laws and regulations, identify gaps that harm vulnerable communities and formulate legal recommendations.
Rapid Response
Rapid-response teams to address emerging rights crisis, providing legal support, public advocacy, and coordination with partners to mitigate immediate harms.
